The dangers of pissing off a telepath and not having a secure amount of money and home :
-While roaming the streets, or within the vacinity of anyone really, the telepath can make u do very harmful things to yourself and also through u to your family, eg, your daughter..
-While on the street for example, he could if he so chose, make some drop their wallet or for another example cross the street at the wrong moment and kiss a truck going past
-make u so facinated with him, that the moment u let go of your attentive gaze, the pullback results in loss of soul and a fling of ur body to its own death.
-if you in the future are deemed not being able to resist a telepath's influence and are found doing or commiting a crime or worse, u will be punished severly and ur' sences taken away and bound so u can't move.
