 Here is the way a God sees a money parasite as opposed to a human.

A God - A money parasite is a swarm of parasites either draining the money from one source or more importantly using one person or source for another million to make money of or from by using that one source. So u get 1 human and then the parasites spawn around him by the millions to somehow even by doing nothing and making up fake various titles to excuse their parasitic using of that human or blaming that human as a source of money or income, blame being just as parasitic as using, wether their images or name or personality or what they have or are about, or skin, race ect, except that then implies multiples.

A Human - A money parasite is an aparant human that somehow by his very birth and dependence on society and others is an automatic parasite when in any way is he recieving money for the purposes of survival or entertainment. This person if not recieving the money from another person for services or goods, time or product, is somehow a parasite to a government that has to provide and maintain both social and economic and technological as well as food and shelter and also transport for the citizens of that society. This parasite, of he for one moment relies on this super structure of provision and maintanence will be labels a parasite, let alone if he is also trying to maintain a family or children, especially on his own. This parasite then must be attacked verbally, put to slave labour and have his family torn apart as such actions of torture will create illusionary jobs that are all based on the parasite doing the work for u and subdividing the attension of the lack of goverment labour and funds and even using such parasite to insite war with other governments and even the selling off of the parasite as a way for that government to maintain it's treasury for lack of any monetary methods on the part of this super giant of a government. The first rank and order of the Ceaser group will be the scarab, for simple reasons. 5.These lists if stolen, will in the future result in u being hunted down, tortured and killed. Angering a Telepath

Aaron's Law

 Laws regarding ceaser's or aaron's law

Since the current laws are of a different nature, such as moses's or shariya? ..noone can implement or use aarons law unless they are me, since they are laws made by me for my society that needs to be formed. At that time the people in power currently cannot be under the age of 30, in high positions of power or military or anywhere of a power position. If a person owns more then 5 properties there will be stricter rules then those that own less. These laws are strict towards who can use and implement them because the source will be examined as in, where they came from, that would be me and the gods, and since you are not a god, you cannot implement a god's law without his permission both spoken, on camera and written infront of witnesses, and with all other gods present. And the most important law, noone can have more power or money then the current gods on earth. <---remember that one. or be in a higher power position.

Laws

 Laws - 

Instead of moses's laws, we will try his brother Aaron, whom u will all get to know. So in Aaron's law we will -

1.If u want something, Ask, if it can be given or earned ect, u will be directed to the proper place or method. (instead of punishing theives) the need to steal will be recognised as hunger to own or achieve.

2.If you do not like someone or have a problem with someone, let them know, state you opinion without provoking them too much and let them know how u feel (as oposed to killing them) if murder is your thing, join one of the military groups and at least go and face someone just as armed as u.

3.If you don't want to talk to someone eg, your neighbour lol(moses), then you have the right to not talk to said person, that is up to that person, same goes for anyone, if u don't want to, dont. But as in next law...

4. If your job or skills require you to talk and deal with certain people that you might not like, then if you neglect your duty and ignore them, that ignorance will see you in jail where u will be ignored for a specific amount of time.

5.If you like someone and want to get to know them, u have to make it know to more then 3 people and if you get a no, try again in 6 months, but if u get more then 3 no's then leave that person alone, if they should change their mind they will get back to u.

6.There will be laws and allocations of jobs and places you will either live or work based on if you are a sadist or a masochist or both. Same with empathic people and more parasitic death oriented people that like to feed on the suffering of others, and as such, believe it or not, those a very medical and nurse type people, which is not a bad thing, they just need to know where they belong.

7.If you target a family to have them separated and are not part of the job that requires to take criminals(which there will be few of) then you cannot intefere with the family or it's hive mentality, and that family cannot force it's hive mentality onto another because it is a personal matter and upbringing.

8.Drugs and the drugs market will need to be refurnished as a lot of people will need various substances to function and heal and evolve, and those that seek to control and eliminate things like drugs will be deemed mentally unstable and a terrorist to society, and will themselves no longer have access to any drugs unless they themselves study and plant and pick their own, but only for healing or nessesary function of their job or body.

9.The psychology centres will be called sensual syncing rooms, where you will go for things like color, air, audio and more kinetic adjustments that will help you in whatever area you or the job you are in or skill yo are practicing requires u to be at an optimal physical level. That will be covered in education and books that I will write.

10.The moment you enslave someone by telling them what to do, denying them something in order to force them to do something or perform a humiliating or degregating experience to them, especially in public or on camera, you yourself will be made to undergo public humiliation via public announcment on a large tv or screen in the middle of every town. If will be the most serious crime of all, make fun of each other but the moment you try to control kinetically someone's body through emotion, money or by denial of something the body, emotion or mind needs, you will be caught like a fish, in a net and dragged to a carry mat and then punished.

11.To add as far as controlling someone in private, when it comes to sadistic or masochistic needs and money, that is up to the 2 or so individuals that is done to and by, and there will be more rules regarding that, as it is not control, it is a personal choice whether to submit to someone and let them use your body for example, when you go to get a tattoo, is actually the best example, figure it out.

12.As far as how many children you can have, since woman are the ones that have the children, they cannot have more then 3 in any household, even if a guy has many children, they themselves cannot live or have any more then 3 in a house that they live with. The reason for this sadly is that the races will be encouraged to merge into one and form a stronger mutation strain for the future dna and genes of humanity, the climate and the help strenghen the growing mind and psyche and not weaken it, as if a certain race falls behind and does not assimulate with other races, they will then be culled off.

Welcome to a new group that will focus on exceptional individuals that are both capable and knowledgable and can spell, unlike me...and that are skilled in various fields. The reason is that by the time this group is formed and takes off, I will be someone that needs a vasier or two, and so will a few people around me. It is not a military order, but it will command military orders and make sure that they all get along and work together, because if i have it my way, the pay and production of weapons and skills will come from the same group. The reason is that we have stagnated technology and weaponry and are preying on each other and turning into a parasitic society which will have no need to weapons or order's or money. So, since those things are needed for the maintanence of society, there will also need to be a Hierachy, but that hierachy needs to stem down from a ACTUAL ceaser, and since i am the only reborn ceaser and can prove it that i was in the past a son of a guy called ramses. So, hopefully by that time people will be ready to hear the truth and understand past their noses and past this current life and able to understand past their balconies as they look up. This particular ceaser i was was also a greek god that was the only one able to crown the royals on earth and as such there will be royals of the human non-hybrid and non-god kind that will be there mainly for my protection, as you cannot force a royal crowning, it has to be done by first a great education and skill in various fields and experience in various fields as well, those depending on the chosen path of the society that you live in. So if u live in middle of africa and there are lots of lions, while some people think its funny, the lion tamers and anti-poachers might make it to the royal list, as an example.The society that will be established will, repeat will take most properties and allocate them to people that need a place to live as again per hierachy under ME, and then, under the royal of that country. If you chose to worship a god not of this earth, that is fair enough, but you can never be a royal or work under me, only with me.The problem is that you will not be above me or anyone in the society and will not be able to have a military of your own or a group bigger then 100 people whether a business or a sport or similar. There will not be temples to other gods that I acknowledge do not exist. If I acknoledge a god to exist, we can build a temple for him or her since they will be part of my family and sadly it is the only set of gods left, all others have been killed and or subdued. So, for example, if you chose to worship or call upon a 'cain' for example, you cannot have a group of your own, there will just be a temple or such that you can go and offer an offering or do it in private, and you will not be alowed to write books or such things on the gods as none of you have any communication or knowledge or any living gods currently.
